where is the air cleaner on 1991 plymouth voyager mini van?

My engine is running too fast on my van 1991 of the Plymouth Voyager mini. I want to try and spray the carburetor. Cleaner and the coil of arrest but don 't know how and where to get it. Can you please kindly describe where I can find the air purifier / butterfly thingy?
